All vendors must submit their items to “Smokin’ The Coeur D Alene’s” for approval. You can do this via email address below.

(Food vendors) that are approved must then contact and submit a second application to the Fairgrounds for their approval. A fee of 15% of gross sales will be paid to the fairgrounds. Contact information for the fairgrounds:

You must have or obtain all the proper permits and insurance to be eligible to supply food for this event. When you are ready please send a $50.00 deposit to hold the space. The balance will be due on May 19th, 2010, 30 days prior to the event. Refund deadline is May 19th, 2010. No refunds will be given beyond this date for cancelations. Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive a vendor package with a booth number, map of where you will be setting up and the location of power and water. Up to 4 event badges will be provided to allow you and your company access to the event. The event will have security and the gates will be locked at night. Access in or out will be allowed after event hours via the south entrance. You must have your event badge to get back in. Garbage and grease disposal will be provided.

You must supply power cords and water hoses with splitters.

The BBQ competitors/teams will not be supplying food for this event unless they are set up as a vendor separately and are both cooking and vending with different units.

There are heated restrooms with showers at the event 

 Camping is available for all vendors. If you are a BBQ food vendor and need to camp with your pit to tend it during the night we will allow you to camp behind your booth if possible , larger motor homes may not fit in the space allowed . You will be charged a fee of $12.50 paid to the fairgrounds for camping with power and water . Other camping is available (dry Camping) away from the event for $10.00 per night paid to the fairgrounds .

We ask that all vendors arrive at 8:00 am saturday and be set up by 9:00 am when the gates open for business Tear down will begin after the awards show sunday night .
