I would love to thank all the great people of the inland N.W. for the overall excitement for our event. Keep in mind it takes people and hard work to make such an event happen. The Pacific North West BBQ Association is our leading BBQ Authority and we encourage each and every team , person or anyone that loves their Q to join up and give their support ,these groups need to function and for a mere $15.00 you can join a group of people that are just like you !!

Two Day Cook Off Entry fee is $150.00 per team
all rules for the event will be posted here
Competitors must cook the following items:
Chicken, Ribs, Pork Shoulder (Boston Butt), and Brisket
Arrival approx 8 am – 4 pm 1st day
Schedule would look something like this
8 am – 4 PM start setup and load in
Cooks Meeting after all teams are in please try and be early
Meat Inspection will start at 5:pm
7 pm Team Potluck or Special Event
2nd Day
11 am Pork Butt turn in
12 pm Brisket turn in
1 pm Chicken turn in
2 pm Ribs turn in
Approx 4 or 4:30 - Awards Ceremony Presented By TBD

Camping is allowed for a fee of $12.50 per night per spot or team. Paid to 1910 or directly to the fairgrounds . RVs , tents are both welcome.
